If what you need is missing from our site – we probably don’t have it! However, that doesn’t mean you are out of luck. We have established strong relationships with many other rental houses and freelancers here in the Province, so it’s very likely we can find what you are after and build it into your quote.
All you need to rent from us is a deposit and a certificate of insurance. Short shoot insurance can be purchased in 5 minutes online through Front Row Insurance so that we are all covered in case anything should happen! Click here for more information.
If something is lost or broken while the equipment is in your possession, there are different routes we can go depending on the value of what that is. If it’s a commonly lost or broken piece, we will simply bill you the replacement value of that piece on your final invoice, and then can subtract it from your deposit. If the unthinkable happens and you damage a lens or camera, a comprehensive quote will be put together for the replacement or repair value, and a claim will have to be submitted through your insurance.
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta, but with a corporate account through FedEx can ship equipment wherever needed across the country. For productions outside of Alberta, we require a minimum commitment of one-week for the rental. Shipping is provided at no-cost within the province of Alberta. If you are located in Edmonton, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off options, so just get in touch and we’ll work with your schedule!
Absolutely! With our parent company being an established production house in Alberta, we have formed strong relationships with local freelancers, so can crew productions of any scale. We would be happy to quote on any crew needed and PM projects for you here in Alberta.
